Auburn University at Montgomery women's soccer player Laia Gonzalez was named Warhawk of the Week after she helped the Warhawks down Albany State 5-0. Gonzalez played 111 minutes for AUM on the weekend, including a season-high 67 minutes against Albany State. She totaled three shots on goal and scored her first goal of the season in the 82nd minute when she cleaned up a missed shot from just outside the six-yard box. The Godelleta, Spain native also notched a pair of assists in the match to help AUM score goals in the sixth minute and the 79th minute as part of the 5-0 win.
