About the Warhawks
AUM (2-9-1, 1-4-1 GSC) tied with defending GSC champion West Alabama 1-1 on Friday, Oct. 5, and fell 2-1 to UAH on Sunday, Oct. 7 in their most recent action this past weekend on the road.
Tate Dean leads the way offensively for the Warhawks with three goals, while
Phillip Spickenbaum paces AUM with three assists.
Billy Murphy has logged two goals on the year, while
Sverrir Smarason,
Austin Sun Chee Fore,
Alexis Arriaga and
Cedarian Brunelle all have accounted for a goal scored on the season.
In goal, Freshman keeper
Alexander Kraus (1-8-1) currently sits second in the GSC, with 66 saves on the year. Since his first start in goal against Barry on Sept. 6. Kraus has seen all 936-plus minutes of action between the posts for AUM.
The Warhawks hold a 6-5 all-time advantage over the Falcons in their series history, while they look to avenge a 3-0 loss against the Falcons in 2017 in their most recent meeting.

Montevallo dropped a pair of road GSC matches in their most recent work last weekend, with a 2-0 loss at UAH on Friday, Oct. 5, and a 1-0 loss at West Alabama on Sunday, Oct. 7.
The Falcons ae averaging just 0.82 goals per game in 2018, having scored nine in 11 matches played. Arad Lev and Liam Moore both lead he squad with two goals scored, while Krenar Krasniqi and Vladik Margolin lead the way offensive for Montevallo with two assists.
Montevallo has given up 26 goals on the season, for a mark of 2.36 per matchup. Goalkeeper Robert Kuta has seen every minute of action between the posts for the Falcons, with a league-high 72 saves and a GAA of 2.41.
