MONTGOMERY, Ala. ---The Auburn Montgomery men's soccer team will host AUM Athletics' first home postseason match as a D-II member on Tuesday, Nov. 12 when they take on Alabama-Huntsville at 3:00 p.m. from the AUM Soccer Complex.

Tuesday's quarterfinal matchup with the seventh-seeded Chargers will serve as the second meeting between AUM and UAH in men's soccer this season. The two teams met earlier in the year, playing to a 1-1 draw on Oct. 11 at the AUM Soccer Complex. 
 
AUM (9-5-3, 6-2-3 GSC) heads into the matchup winners of their last two matches, including a 2-0 shutout win at Christian Brothers their last time out on Saturday, Nov. 9. The win, along with a West Florida tie against Mississippi College, moved the Warhawks up to the number two seed for the postseason tournament.
 
The Warhawks netted 23 goals in 17 regular-season contests, for a pace of 1.35 per game. Thomas Carlile leads the Warhawk attack, while ranking sixth among GSC players, with seven goals scored and 18 points accumulated. 
 
Renan Diniz and Carlile both lead the conference with three game-winning goals, while Arnaud Baron finished third in the regular season in conference with six assists. Andrew Elkins (4) Phillip Spickenbaum (2) and Lucas Batistela (2) have all scored multiple goals for AUM in 2019. 
 
The Warhawks' 17 goals allowed and one goal per-game pace ranks for fourth in the Gulf South. Reigning GSC Defender of the Week Alexander Kraus ranks third among all conference keepers with a 0.82 goals against average and a 79-percent save efficiency, to go along with six shutouts on the year. 
 
The Warhawks bring an all-time series advantage of 4-3-1 into their meeting with the Chargers.
 
Complimentary admission to the game will be provided by the department of athletics, as a part of "AUM Super Tuesday."
