TEMPE, Az. – The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team are receiving votes in the first edition of the Division II Men's Collegiate Tennis Rankings.
AUM's
Giuseppe Bonaiuti, who is a freshman, is currently ranked 44th in the National Singles Rankings after having a solid Fall season for the Warhawks. He sits ranked 11th in the South Region Singles Rankings.
Joao Guarienta is ranked 14th in the region in singles after finishing the 2022 campaign going 10-8 in singles play. He produced an impressive 7-3 record while playing on the second court.
Bonaiuti and
Muhamad Bedwan are ranked seventh in the South Region Doubles Rankings. The duo reached the quarterfinal doubles match during the ITA South Region Fall Tournament.
AUM returns to the court on Saturday, January 28 at Alabama State University in an exhibition match.
