BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis player
Adrian Contreras has been named Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Week.
Three of his four singles matches went to three sets with Contreras earning a 4-0 record on the week. He defeated Augusta University's Herick Isago 6-0, 4-6, 7-6 and the next day earned a win over George Mason's Monil Lotlikar 2-6, 6-1, 1-0.

Muhamad Bedwan went 2-0 at the second court winning both matches 6-0.
The Warhawks return to the courts on Thursday, March 23 against the University of West Alabama at 2 p.m. at the AUM Tennis Complex.
