CLINTON, Miss. – The No. 30 Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team picked up a 4-3 victory over No. 15 Mississippi College on Thursday afternoon at the MC Tennis Complex in a Gulf South Conference match.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES 

• Melissa Yakup Pour and Sofia Neri earned a 6-0 victory on the second court over Gabrielle Geolier and Emma Roberts. 
• Nahia Izco and Isabella Pinto fell on the third court against Anna Valiaeva and Maria Rodriguez 6-3. 
• Estefania Garcia and Regina Urbiola gave the Warhawks the doubles point on court one by taking down Elyangelica Alas and Fernanda Cota 6-4.  

FIRST SERVE – SINGLES

• Garcia got the Warhawks up 2-0 after taking down Alas on the first court 2-6, 6-2, 6-1. 
• Villalvazo fell to Geolier 1-6, 6-3, 4-6 on the fourth court to make the score 2-1. 
• The Warhawks went up 3-1 after Pour won a three-set battle over Cota 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 on court three. 
• The Choctaws got another point on court two with Roberts winning 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 over Urbiola. 
• MC tied the match at 3-3 after Izco dropped a match to Valiaeva 4-6, 6-7 (4-7) on the fifth court. 
• Pinto won her first set 7-5 against Rodriguez and dropped set two 3-6. She rallied to win the third set 6-1 and clinch the victory for AUM.
