INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis program is ranked as the sixth team in the NCAA South Region in the third batch of rankings provided by the NCAA.
The Warhawks are 17-4 overall and 9-1 in Gulf South Conference matches. They have won four matches in a row and are 8-0 at the AUM Tennis Complex. The Warhawks are 5-3 against ranked opponents highlighted by a win over sixth-ranked University of North Georgia.
Ane Ibarra finished the 2023 regular season with a 13-0 record in singles action on the back three courts.
Regina Urbiola has a 13-5 record in singles action on courts two and three.
Estefania Garcia and Urbiola have dominated doubles play with a 15-3 record on court one.
This is the final regional rankings before the NCAA Selection Show on April 24.
