MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team was eliminated in the Gulf South Conference Championships on Friday afternoon at Lagoon Park against the University of West Florida by a final score of 4-3.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLESÂ
- Estefania Garcia and Regina Urbiola fell on court one against Aline Silva and Carlota Verdu 6-2.Â
- West Florida clinched the doubles point on the third court with Melissa Yakup Pour and Nahia Izco dropping a match against Guadalupe Martinez and Mayumi Saguchi 6-2.Â
- Court two was left unfinished after the Agros clinched the point. Â
FIRST SERVE – SINGLES
- Garcia earned a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Saguchi on court one to even the match at 1-1.Â
- Urbiola was defeated against Verdu on the second court 1-6, 6-3, 2-6 to put UWF up 2-1 in the match.Â
- Ane Ibarra took a loss on the sixth court 3-6, 6-1, 3-6 to give West Florida a 3-1 lead.Â
- The Warhawks started to storm back as Izco handled Luiza Daud 6-4, 6-4 to bring the score to 3-2.
- Ana Villalvazo tied things up 3-3 on the fourth court with a 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 win over Martinez.Â
- West Florida clinched the match on the third court with Silva picking up a win over Pour 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.Â
