  • The No. 27 Warhawk baseball team swept a doubleheader for the second consecutive weekend as AUM took the series against West Florida.
  • AUM, who secured its eighth GSC series win of the year, used a walk-off win in game one of the doubleheader before Ashton Thomas drove in five runs in the back half of the twin bill to help clinch the series. 
  • Senior Michael Myers pitched 3.2 innings and was the winning pitcher in both games on Senior Day.
  • The Warhawks host Albany State on Tuesday, April 23 at 3 p.m. before visiting Montevallo to finish out the GSC regular season.

  • Despite taking game one of the weekend 5-3 against West Florida to snap its 17-game winning streak, the Argos found a way to sweep the Senior Day doubleheader from the Warhawks. 
  • Kat Fallen had a home run, a double, and six RBIs on the weekend to up her team-leading RBI total to 63 this season.
  • The Warhawks visit Montevallo to close the regular season ahead of the GSC tournament.

  • The No. 8 AUM women's tennis team took care of business with a 4-3 win over No. 46 Georgia College to finish the regular season with a 16-5 record. 
  • On the men's side, the No. 24 Warhawks shut out Georgia College 7-0 to finish the regular season with a 13-8 record. 
  • Both AUM tennis teams open up the 2024 GSC Tournament on Saturday, April 27.
