Pensacola, FL. – The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team took down No. 18 University of West Florida with a final score of 5-2 on Wednesday afternoon in Pensacola, Florida at Ralph Carson Tennis Center.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES 

• Ane Ibarra and Estefania Garcia earned a 7-5 victory on court one against Giuliana Sacco and Zoe Yasan. 
• On the second court, Melissa Yakup Pour and Sofia Neri dropped 0-6 against Carlota Verdu and Luiza Daud. 
• Ana Villalvazo and Nahia Izco clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 win on court three against Aline Midori and Guadalupe Martinez.

FIRST SERVE – SINGLES

• Garcia earned a hard-fought victory on the first court that in three sets 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 against Verdu.
• Yakup Pour was defeated 1-6,1-6 against Midori on court two.
• Villalvazo fell against Martinez in back and forth three set match with a final score of 7-5, 2-6, 5-7 on court three.
• Regina Urbiola took down Nathalia Mossambani 7-5, 6-0 on court four.
• Izco picked up a 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 win a tough match against Daud on court five.
• Ane Ibarra played on the sixth court and clinched the win 6-1, 6-1 against Manuela Dejean.
