ABOUT DII CCA ALL_SOUTH REGION AWARDS
The D2 CCA All-South Region teams are selected by sports information directors across the region and recognize the top-performing players in NCAA Division II. This year's Player of the Year was awarded to Dominik N'Gatie of Lynn University, who led a standout group of honorees.

The Gulf South Conference earned 15 total selections, while AUM's three athletes recognized tied for the third-most of any school in the region.
NOAH FERNANDES | FIRST TEAM ALL-SOUTH REGION
Fernandes delivered an outstanding freshman campaign, recording seven goals and seven assists for 21 total points, tied for seventh in the Gulf South Conference. His four game-winning goals tied for first in the league, and his seven assists ranked fifth in the GSC.
The freshman midfielder brought creativity and composure to the Warhawks' attack and played a critical role in AUM's success throughout the season. Fernandes earned First Team All-GSC honors, along with GSC Freshman of the Week twice and GSC Player of the Week on Oct. 28 after helping secure AUM's postseason berth.

BENJAMIN HOFFMANN | SECOND TEAM ALL-SOUTH REGIONÂ
This is Hoffmann's second time receiving All-Region honors after being named to the First Team last year. The sophomore forward continued to be a driving force for AUM's offense, leading the team with nine goals (tied for seventh in the GSC), adding three assists, and totaling 21 points (seventh in the conference), including two game-winning goals.
He appeared in all 16 matches and provided consistent scoring and leadership for an offense that averaged two goals per match. Hoffmann earned First Team All-GSC honors for the second consecutive season.

ALAN DE PAULA | SECOND TEAM ALL-SOUTH REGION
De Paula anchored AUM's back line while contributing offensively in his junior season. He appeared in all 18 matches, scored six goals, and recorded one game-winning goal.
His two-way performance helped the Warhawks post six regular-season shutouts and established him as one of the conference's most well-rounded defenders. De Paula earned a Second Team GSC-All Conference honor along with GSC Defensive Player of the Week honors on Oct. 21.
