MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team (9-5, 3-2) won 4-3 on Senior Day against Valdosta State (3-9, 2-4).

Sofia Neri won her singles match on court #6 to give AUM its fourth point to take the match on Saturday. Neri leads the squad in singles wins with nine on the year.

DOUBLES

• The Warhawks swept the doubles front on all three courts and went up 1-0 over the Blazers at the AUM Tennis Complex.
• Senior Estefania Garcia and Ane Ibarra won on court #1 6-3.
• Melissa Yakup Pour and senior, Nahia Izco improved to 11-1 as a duo and won their match 7-5.
• Ksenija Vujacic and Neri closed it out and won 6-1.

SINGLES

• The Warhawks were able to pull out the victory and score three singles wins, with Neri's being the biggest on court #6 to give her team the win. 
• Garcia picked up another win on senior day and took care of business 7-5 and 6-3.
• Izco also won her matchup as both seniors had a successful day on the court. 
• Neri got her ninth win and the fourth point for the Warhawks as she won on court #6 6-1 and 6-3.
