2018 [Junior]: Ran in two meets for the Warhawks ... posted a four-place finish at the Trevecca D-II Showcase on Sept. 22, with a season-best 8K time of 27:30.70 ... closed out the year with a 27:32.71 8K time at the GSC Championship on Nov. 3, earning him 59th place.
 
2017 [Sophomore]: Competed in all six events for the season … Kicked off the season with a 21st place finish at the JSU Struts Invitational with his 5K time of 16:36.50 … Placed a career-best 11th at the Falcon Classic after recording an 8K time of 27:28.30 … Capped of his sophomore campaign with a personal-record 8K time (26:42.18) at the Gulf South Conference Championship.

2016 [Freshman]: Raced in all five meets for the Warhawks … Opened the year with a 74th place finish at the JSU Struts Invitational … Finished 13th at the Gulf Coast Stamped with an 8K time of 28:50.30 … Ended the year with an 8K time of 28:25.60 at the Crimson Classic.

Prep: Graduated from Homewood High School in Homewood, Ala., where he lettered for three years in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field for the Patriots … ran for coach Lars Porter in cross country and coach Thomas Esslinger in indoor and outdoor track and field … posted a personal best in the mile of 4:50 and 10:20 in the two mile … ran a personal best of 2:10 in the 800m as a senior while posting a 17:08 in the 5K.
