2021 [Senior]: Appeared in 15 singles matches for the Warhawks in 2021 after a shortened 2020 season… played all 15 matches out of the first singles position for AUM in her senior year, totaling seven wins… won her singles contest in the Warhawks’ upset win over No. 7 Southwest Baptist on March 18… in doubles, she compiled an 8-6 record playing in the first slot for AUM… she went 6-2 inside Gulf South Conference action.

[2020 Short Season]: Played seven matches in the second slot for the Orange & Black in 2020 while tallying a single win in the first position… finished the season with a 5-3 mark in singles action and played on the premier doubles pairing with Maria Casas… the duo went a team-best 6-2 on the year with a 2-1 GSC record.

2019 [Sophomore]: Concluded the season tied for the team lead in singles victories with 12… earned an 8-2 conference record, good for best on the team… finished her sophomore campaign winning eight of 10… played all 20 of her doubles matches in the first position for AUM, netting six victories.

2018 [Freshman]: Went 5-13 overall with a 4-8 mark in GSC play at the No. 1 and 2 singles position … Was 9-9 in doubles play with partners Alejandra Gil and Julia Enderink … Won her first career match against Lauren Woog of Christian Brothers, 6-1, 6-2.

Prep: Attended I.E.S La Asuncion… finished runner-up in the team Valencian county and the team champion of the Valencian community… claimed first place in the scicante tennis circuit championships.

Personal: Born Sofia Navarro Bonete on July 27, 1999… daughter of Andres and Anstonia Benedicts… has one brother Gala (16) and one sister Andres (11) … is majoring in psychology.
