The Auburn University at Montgomery Athletics Department has completed the annual EADA Report (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act). Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must prepare an EADA report. Institutions must also report data to the U.S. Department of Education.
The report is available for anyone interested in reviewing the data. Questions and inquiries regarding the report should be directed to the AUM Athletics Department.
Compliance requirements for reporting include two elements: the report must be made to the public by October 15 and the data and report must be submitted online to the Secretary of Education before October 30.
