CAREER ACCOLADES & RECORDS:

• Owns the fourth-fastest 10K time in school history (32:55.2 - 2023 NCAA South Region Championships)
• Owns the fifth-fastest 5K time in school history (16:00.90 - 2023 Foothills Invitational)

2023: Helped lead AUM to a fifth-place team finish at the GSC Championships…part of a squad that made six appearances in USTFCCCA’s weekly South Region rankings and finished the year ranked No. 8 in the region…also helped lead AUM to its highest-ever finish at the NCAA South Region Championships (8th)…raced in all six competitions for AUM…ran a 25:25.0 8K, his season-best, at the Southern Showcase…also turned in three other 8K times under 26:30 for the black and orange.

PRIOR TO AUM: Ran cross country and track and field for the Auburn Tigers...ran a 14:52.54 5K at the War Eagle Invitational and participated in both home meets in 2022 for the Tigers...ran four cross country races in 2021...claimed a 60th-place finish (17:32.77) in his collegiate debut at the Foothills Invitational (5K) contributing to the men's first team win since 2017...posted a season-best 8K performance at SEC Championships with a time of 27:47.80...ran a 33:51.65 in his first career 10K at the NCAA South Regional. 

PREP: Graduate of Auburn High School...was an AHSAA All-State selection in 2020 and 2021...was a top-five finisher in the AHSAA 7A State Championship in the 3200m...turned in a 15:39 5K time.

PERSONAL: Son of Keith Foster and Shanda Tuck...has two sisters, Hope and Kate Foster...majoring in information systems.
