Biography

2023: Part of a Warhawk squad that made six appearances in USTFCCCA’s weekly South Region rankings and finished the year ranked No. 8 in the region…raced twice for AUM, in the Foothills Invite and Royals Challenge…ran his collegiate-best 8K with a 28:55 at the Queen’s University of Charlotte Royals Challenge and also turned in a 17:08.6 5K at the Foothills Invitational.

2022: Member of the team, but did not race for the Warhawks due to injury.

2021: Member of the team, but did not race as a freshman.

PREP: Lettered in both cross country and track and field under Head Coach Tony Benitez at Auburn High School in Auburn, Ala.…posted season-best times in 2019-20 of 16:31.80 in the 5K, 9:58.68 in the 3,000 meter run, 4:39.40 in the 1,600-meter run, and 2:09.99 in the 800-meter run.
 
PERSONAL: Full name is Parker Allen Draughon…was born on March 1, 2002…is the son of Pat and Cynthia Draughon…has a brother, Hudson, and a sister, Laney…is an undeclared major…is related to Ralph Draughon, former president of Auburn University.
