Competed in two meets ... Part of a Warhawk squad that made six appearances in USTFCCCA’s weekly South Region rankings and finished the year ranked No. 8 in the region…raced twice for AUM, in the Foothills Invite and Royals Challenge…ran his collegiate-best 8K with a 28:55 at the Queen’s University of Charlotte Royals Challenge and also turned in a 17:08.6 5K at the Foothills Invitational.

Competed in three meets ... Ran 16:37.96 at the UAB Spring Invitational in the 5000m ... finished 29th overall at the Falcon Classic & Multi (4:25.24) in the 1500m ... Delivered a time of 16:44.06 in the 5000m at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals 2023
