Biography
2019 [Junior]: Logged a pair of starts for the Orange and Black in 2019 … posted a goals against average of 2.00 … notched 10 saves, with a season-high six against Webber International on Sept. 9.
2018: Did not play due to injury
Prior To AUM: Comes to AUM from St. Louis Community College in St. Louis, Mo., where he helped lead the Archers to a fifth place national finish this past season for head coach Tim Mosby. STLCC won the Region 16 championship while also taking home the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference's league title with Passalis in the net. STLCC spent seven weeks at No. 1 in the NJCAA Division I Top 25 Poll last season, entering the national tournament as the top seed. Passalis played in 23 contests for the Archers, earning a record of 21-1 while tallying 49 saves and posting six shutouts (four solo). The Archers were 23-1 on the season beginning the season with 23 consecutive victories. Their only loss of the season came in the final round of pool play at the NJCAA National Tournament to Pima Community College.
Prep: Spent his prep career at the University of Winnipeg Collegiate where he played for coach Ishmael Mustapha. He was a scholar-athlete all four years and graduated as a student of distinction. During his time with UWC he helped lead the Wesmen to a Zone 12 Championship.
Personal: The son of Andrew and Anne Passalis, Braeden has two younger sisters, Brietta (18) and Brynne (13). He is planning on majoring in Exercise Science.
