• Second Team All-GSC (2023)

2023: Earned Second Team All-GSC honors after leading AUM in goals scored during the regular year...helped AUM advance to its third consecutive Gulf South Conference semifinal...his six goals and 12 total points paced the Warhawks...tallied a brace (two goals) against Shorter University and against Spring Hill College...all six of Atkinson's goals came in conference play, which ranked fourth in the GSC, and his 12 points in conference action ranked in a tie for sixth in the league...played in 16 games and made 12 starts...logged 839 minutes...took 22 shots, with 13 coming on goal, and posted a pair of game-winning goals.

PRIOR TO AUM: Appeared in five games and attempted a pair of shots in 48 minutes at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia in 2022...member of the Golden Eagles team from 2020 to 2022.

PREP: Prepped at Newington College in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, where we lettered in soccer and track and field...owned the individual conference goal-scoring record in 2020, was voted to the All-GPS Conference team in 2020, and was vice-captain of the track and field squad in 2020 as well.

PERSONAL: Son of Craig Atkinson and Jennifer Rowley...has one brother, Tom, and one sister, Ellen...majoring in Kinesiology.
