2022: Helped the Warhawks reach the GSC semifinals...named to the GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll...appeared in 13 total games and made seven starts...posted one goal and two assists in 628 minutes for AUM...had one goal and one assist on Sept. 23 in a 3-2 win against Lee...took 13 shots, seven of which came on goal, for the Warhawks.

2021: Was named to the Gulf South Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll…saw action 15 matches, earning the starting nod nine times…totaled eight points with three goals and a pair of assists…took 28 shots, good enough for second on the team…scored a pair of game-winning goals, including the golden-goal penalty kick in double overtime to knock off #18 Lee on Oct. 2.

2020-21: Was named to the 2021 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll...started and played in all five contests…logged 369 minutes of playing time on the pitch…tallied four points, with a pair of assists and a goal scored on the year…led the team with 14 shots taken and five shots on goal.

2019: Saw action in 17 games for AUM, while earning the starting nod 15 times...took 34 shots, with 16 on frame…finished second on the Warhawks with five goals scored and 11 points accumulated…led the team, while finishing second in the Gulf South, with three game-winning goals…earned the program’s first GSC Player of the Week Award for the week of Sept. 30- Oct. 6, a week in which Diniz scored a pair of goals in a 4-1 win at Spring Hill on Oct.4, and assisted on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win at #6 West Florida.

PRIOR TO AUM: Played his freshman season at Talladega College in Talladega, Ala.…earned an all-conference second team selection and Defensive Player of the Year honors…appeared in 12 games for the tornadoes in 2018, with four goals and two assists to his credit. 
 
PREP: Attended Escola Estadual Professor Joaquim Antonio Ladeira in Sao Paulo, Brazil…played club soccer for Amparo Athletico Club from 2014-2016.
 
PERSONAL: Was born on Feb. 17, 1999…son of Ronni and Darci Diniz…has a younger brother, Thiago…is majoring in General Business.
