2023: Helped lead AUM to its second consecutive Top-5 team finish at the GSC Championships…part of a squad that made two appearances in USTFCCCA’s weekly South Region rankings…ran in three races for the Warhawks…posted a 20:35.3 at the 2023 conference championships.
2022: Ran six races for the Warhawks and helped the team to a fourth-place finish at the GSC Championships, the highest-ever finish for the squad since becoming an NCAA Division II member...raced to her personal-best 6K at the Jacksonville State University Foothills Invitational with a time of 16:17.5 on Sept. 2...also posted her career-best 6K time at the NCAA Division II South Region Championships, where she finished 95th overall in a time of 25:14.4...also posted a 20:19.6 at the University of North Alabama Invitational on Sept. 10...named to the GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2021: Was named to the Gulf South Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll…partook in five meets for AUM in 2021…cracked the top 10 with a 21:03.40 5K time to help lead the Warhawks to a first-place team finish at the Falcon Classic on Sept. 17…tallied a season-best 5K time of 20:28.80 at the Charger Invite on Oct. 9.
2020: Was named to the 2020 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll...ran in four meets…posted a personal-best 5K time of 20:10.70 for a 37th-place finish in her collegiate debut at the UAH Chargers Open on Sept. 19…finished sixth at the Coach Gary Wilson Invitational with a time of 21:01.20 on Oct. 10…tallied a 52nd-place finish with a time of 20:40.00 at the GSC Championship on Oct. 31.
PREP: Lettered two seasons in both cross country and track and field for coaches Michael Britton and Lacey Phillips at Alabama Christian Academy in Montgomery, Ala.…was an all-state honoree, in addition to being an athletic ambassador and a member of the FCA Leadership Committee…posted a personal-best 5K time of 20:35.
PERSONAL: Full name is Kyndall Grace Foley…is the daughter of Andy and Angela Allen…has two sisters, Haidyn and Ashlee…is majoring in exercise science.
