Ryan, a native of Clarksville, Md., comes to AUM from Roanoke College where she was a four-year contributor at midfielder for the Maroons. During her career she played in 72 games with 18 starts to her credit. Ryan tallied 25 points on 13 assists and six goals for her career, as Roanoke went 42-27-10 overall and 29-14-2 in conference play over her four seasons.

During her senior year Ryan started 16 of 20 contests, helping lead the Maroons to a 7-2-1 Old Dominion Athletic Conference record and an overall record of 11-7-2. She scored a game-winning goal against Bridgewater College on Oct. 28 to close out the the regular season en route to an appearance in the semifinals of the 2018 ODAC Tournament.

In Ryan's sophomore campaign RC made through to the ODAC Championship game against the No. 1 seed Lynchburg College, but fell to LC on penalty kicks. It was the first appearance for the Maroons in the ODAC Final since the 2007 season.

This past spring Ryan served as the head coach of Glenvar High School as she completed her undergraduate degree. She also served as a volunteer assistant coach for Andrew Lewis Middle School. In addition, Ryan has worked as an instructor for Roanoke's women's soccer camps.

In May of 2018 Ryan earned her B.S. in Sports Management from RC.
