Hall joined AUM in October 2025 from the University of Montevallo, where he was Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs. A 2019 graduate of Montevallo, Hall has spent nearly a decade in college athletics at Montevallo, the University of Idaho and Jacksonville State University, prior to AUM.Â

At AUM, Hall oversees the AUM Athletic Communications Department and Marketing and Fan Engagement Department, while also working to grow AUM Athletics' corporate sponsorships and increase the athletic departments overall revenue generation. He works closely with the Director of Athletics and AUM Office of Advancement to enhance and grow alumni and donor giving and assist coaches in fundraising for their programs. He also oversees athletics ticketing, hospitality, concessions, and special events, such as the All-In for AUM campaign, AUM Hall of Fame (chair), Warhawk Choice Awards, Senior Days, Homecoming, Graduation Breakfast and more.  Â

Hall began his career at his alma mater as a student assistant in 2015 and then full-time assistant in 2019 before taking his first NCAA Division I job at Idaho in October 2019. As the assistant director of athletic communications for the Vandals, Hall was the primary contact for Women's Basktball, Volleyball and M/W Tennis programs. He returned to Alabama in 2021 as a sports information specialist at Jacksonville State where he continued to work with women's basketball, volleyball and tennis. In 2022, he returned to Montevallo as the Assistant Athletics Director for Athletic Communications where he oversaw the communications efforts for 23 NCAA programs and was a member of the departments executive leadership team. In 2024, Hall was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations where he maintained administrative oversight of the communications office but also took leadership roles in the areas of corporate partnerships, fundraising, marketing, fan engagement, ticketing, concessions and additional revenue generating areas. Hall also served as Sport Administrator for Women's Soccer and Women's Lacrosse and was Chair of the Montevallo Athletics Hall of Fame Committee for two years.Â

In addition to his duties at Montevallo, Hall began serving as the Gulf South Conference Track & Field Administrative Liaison in 2025 and remains in the role currently, and was also a D2CCA South Region Volleyball coordinator, a National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Regional voter and held a position on the NCAA Wrestling Rules Committee. He also served the community as a member of the Montevallo Main Street Board of Directors and was a member of the Economic Vitality Committee.
