MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Auburn Montgomery will host Gulf South Conference foe Montevallo on Thursday evening at the AUM Soccer Complex in women's soccer action. Game time is set for 7 p.m. on the campus of the Warhawks.

About the Warhawks
AUM enters the contest with an overall mark of 6-9 and a 5-7 mark in league play. The Warhawks are coming off 3-2 loss against #20 Mississippi College on Saturday. The game was tied at 2-2 in the 89
th minute before MC's Katie Taylor was able to score to give the Choctaws the victory.
Sophomore
Ruby Mendez leads the team in goals and points on the season. She's recorded 12 goals and five assists for 29 points on the season. Freshman striker
Stine Svaerke is second on the team in goals with six and points with 13.
Junior midfielder
Agnes Edlund is second on the team in assists with four and shots with 30.
This will be the first meeting between the two schools since the 2012 season, when the two teams battled to a 1-1 tie.
About the Falcons
Montevallo is currently 8-6-2 on the year, with a 5-6-2 mark in the GSC. The Falcons are coming off of a 2-2 tie to Delta State on Sunday. Montevallo was down 2-1 in the 90
th minute when Kira Bochard tied the game with 34 seconds to play.
Freshman forward Allye Darnell leads the team in goals with five and points with 12. Senior midfielder Taylor Gonzales leads the team in assists with three and is tied for second on the team in points with nine.
Montevallo is currently ninth in the league standings, and are 1-1-1 over their last three contests. This will be the final regular season game of the season for the Falcons.
