QUOTING THE COACH
"We had a lot of defensive breakdowns in the first quarter," head coach
Dan Davis said. "We dug an early hole, but give our girls a lot of credit for never giving up. I thought Chandler really played well for us tonight. She has shown a great deal of improvement as the season has gone on. She is really paying at a high level for us. Unfortunately, free throws hurt us and we could not hold on late tonight. Now we just have to prepare for a very talented Columbus State team on Wednesday."
UP NEXT
The Warhawks will return to action Wednesday, Feb. 15, when they host Columbus State at 5:30 p.m.
