HOW IT HAPPENED
• AUM never trailed in the opening set, scoring the first-four points to establish a 4-0 lead. The Warhawks boasted a match-high .444 hitting percentage in the opening set with a day-best 14 kills en route to the victory.
• Albany State took its first lead of the contest in the second stanza, scoring back-to-back points following a kill Roberts to take the 2-1 advantage before a 7-1 spree by the visitors made it an 8-3 lead for AUM.
