MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn Montgomery men's basketball team will continue their road trip this week when they take on Gulf South Conference foe Mississippi College on Thursday evening at the A.E. Wood Coliseum on the campus of the Choctaws.

About the Warhawks
The Warhawks are 8-13 on the season and are 4-9 in the GSC. The Warhawks are coming off of a 77-68 setback to region rival Tuskegee on Tuesday evening, dropping their final non-conference contest of the season. Senior guard
Reagan Eubanks scoring a game-high 26 points and tied a game-high with seven rebounds.
Junior guard
Desmond DeRamus now sits at 995 points for his career and needs only 5 points to become the first Warhawk to hit the 1,000-point plateau since Nathan Thomas (1,090) did it in 2010. He is also second on the team in scoring this season, averaging 15.4 points per game, with Eubanks averaging 15.9 ppg for AUM.
This will be the second meeting between the two teams this season, with MC earning a 95-84 overtime victory on Dec. 18 at the AUM Gymnasium. Sophomore guard
Darrion Taylor scored a game-high 24 points in the setback, with sophomore
Matt McMorris tallying 14 for the Warhawks.
AUM is 0-3 lifetime against the Choctaws.
About the Choctaws
MC is 9-9 on the season with a 6-7 record in GSC play. The Choctaws are coming off of a 76-64 setback to Delta State at home on Saturday, with Brandon Boston scoring a team-high 25 points and 13 rebounds for the Choctaws.
Boston is second on the team in scoring this season, posting 13.9 points per game, while also leading the team in rebounds (115). Stacey Mack leads the team in points per game, averaging 15.8 on the year.
The Choctaws are currently tied for eighth place in the league standings, and are one game out of fifth place.
