MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn Montgomery men's soccer team will put a bow on their 2018 season with a pair of home Gulf South Conference matches against Union on Thursday, Oct. 25 and Christian Brothers on Saturday, Oct. 27.

About the Warhawks
AUM (3-10-2, 2-5-2 GSC) heads into their final slate of matches for the year having earned four conference points in their most recent weekend of work. The Warhawks knocked off Delta State 2-1 in double overtime on Friday, Oct. 19, and played to a 0-0 draw against Mississippi College on Sunday, Oct. 21.
Billy Murphy and
Tate Dean both lead the Warhawks with three goals scored on the season, while Muphy's seven points serve as the team high.
Phillip Spickenbaum paces the Warhawks with four assists on the year.
In goal, freshman keeper
Alexander Kraus logged his first collegiate shutout in AUM's 0-0 draw against MC on Sunday, while picking up his third double-digit save performance with 10 in the contest. Kraus currently sits second in the GSC with 84 saves.
The Warhawks bring an all-time record of 1-1 against Union and 2-2 against Christian Brothers into their matchups.
About the Bulldogs
Union (3-8-3, 1-6-2 GSC) picked up a nonconference win over Ouachita Baptist on Sunday, Oct. 21 in their most recent matchup.
The Bulldogs are on a current pace of 1.57 goals per match, while allowing opponents to score 1.93 goals per contest. Gavin Scott leads the charge offensively with five goals, while Cole Asfour paces the Bulldogs with five assists.
Goalkeeper Casper Nyberg has seen action in Union's last three matches, ans has recorded one shutout to go with a 1.75 goals against average.
About the Buccaneers
Christian Brothers (6-5-3, 5-1-3 GSC) knocked off Harding University of the Great American Conference 3-0 on Friday, Oct. 19 in their most recent match.
The Buccaneers have scored 25 goals through 14 matches, for a mark of 1.79 per game. Xavi Lao leads Christian Brothers with eight goals, while Maximillian Galizzi and James Raptis both pace the Buc offense with four assists.
Christian Brothers has given up 24 goals on the year, for a pace of 1.71 per contest. Goalkeeper Victor ranks fourth in the GSC with a 1.32 GAA, while leading the conference with six shutouts.
The Bucs will take on Montevallo on Thursday, Oct. 25 prior to their match with the Warhawks on Saturday.
