MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn Montgomery volleyball team will host Emmanuel College out of Conference Carolinas this Tuesday evening at the AUM Gymnasium beginning at 6 p.m.

About the Warhawks
AUM is currently 9-11 on the season with a 3-5 mark in home matches. The Orange & Black is also 9-2 against non-conference opponents, with its last non-conference loss coming on Aug. 24.
 
Junior Sommer Rhea currently leads the team in kills with 180, digs with 172 and points with 203.5. She's also second on the team in aces with 15. Senior middle blocker Brianna Garvin has also eclipsed the century mark in kills, having tallied 128 this season. Garvin also leads the team in hitting percentage with a mark of .305 and blocks with 41.
 
Senior Carly Smart leads the team in assists with 415 from her setter position while leading the team in aces with 25. Smart is also second on the team in digs with 148.
 
This will be the first meeting between the two programs. The two share one common opponent, Limestone College, with both teams earning victories over the Saints.
 
About the Lions
Emmanuel is 11-8 overall this season with a 6-1 mark in Conference Carolinas. The Lions are also 3-3 in road matches and are 3-2 over their last five contests. They are currently hitting for a .222 mark as a team and posting 12.77 kills per set.
 
Senior middle blocker Julie de Blanck leads the team offensively, having tallied 225 kills this season. Junior outside hitter Jessica Gray (209) has also posted more than 200 kills, with teammates Jenna Woodruff (143) and Mia McKensey (116) tallying over 100 kills for the Lions.
 
Junior Stephanie Hardy has recorded 686 assists in directing the Emmanuel offense, while Aysha Avery holds the team lead in digs with 338.
 
Up Next
The Warhawks will hit the road to take on Gulf South Conference opponents Christian Brothers and Union University this Friday and Saturday, respectively. AUM will play the Buccaneers at 6 p.m. on Friday before playing the Bulldogs at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
