MONTGOMERY, Ala. – For the first team this season the Auburn Montgomery men's basketball team will not be playing a team from the state of Florida, as the Warhawks will take on region rival Tuskegee University on Tuesday evening on the campus of the Golden Tigers.

About the Warhawks
The Warhawks are 2-2 on the season having played four teams this season out of the Sunshine State Conference. AUM earned victories over Florida Tech and the University of Tampa over the first two weeks of the season, while dropping contests to Rollins College and Saint Leo.
Four players are averaging double figures in scoring for the Warhawks, with junior guard
Carlos Bell leading the way with an 18.0 points per game average. Fellow junior
Darrion Taylor is second on the team in points with 13.3 ppg,
Tre Hansbrough is third with 11.3 ppg and
Stanley Davis is fourth with 10.5 ppg.
Bell also leads the team in rebounds with 32, while junior center
Aaron Reddick is second in boards with 31. Taylor leads the team in assists with 13 while Reddick leads the squad in blocks with 10.
AUM has had 20-point performers in their last two contests, with Bell posting a career-high 25 points against Saint Leo on Nov. 16 and Davis posting a career-best 22 against Tampa on Nov. 17. Taylor has come close to breaking the 20-point mark, scoring 19 against Rollins and against Tampa.
Bell has the only double-double on the season, tallying 19 points and 11 rebounds against FIT.
The Warhawks are 10-3 lifetime against the Golden Tigers, with the two teams splitting the season series last year. AUM earned a 68-66 victory on Nov. 21 at the AUM Gymnasium before falling 77-68 at Tuskegee on Jan. 30.
About the Golden Tigers
Tuskegee is still in search of its first win of the season, suffering losses at Valdosta State and last season's SIAC Champion, Claflin.
Myles Thomas leads the team in scoring at 16 points per game with transfer
Riley Hamilton producing 11 points and five rebounds per game.
Daniel Roach leads the team in rebounds with 13 while Hamilton is second on the team in boards with 11. Three players are tied for the team lead in assists with four while two are tied for the team lead in blocks with two.
This will be the first home game of the season for the Golden Tigers.

The Warhawks will host their first game of the season on Sunday, Nov. 25, at 4 p.m. when the Spring Hill College Badgers come to the AUM Gymnasium. AUM is 26-21 lifetime against SHC, with the Orange & Black earning an 84-77 victory last season in the last meeting between the two schools.
