MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn Montgomery men's basketball team will welcome a familiar foe to the AUM Gymnasium on Sunday in their first home game of the season when the Warhawks host Spring Hill College at 4 p.m. in the 48th meeting between the two programs.

About the Warhawks
The Warhawks are 3-2 on the season and are coming off of an 80-71 victory over regional rival Tuskegee University on Tuesday evening. Five different players scored in double figures with junior guard
Tre Hansbrough leading the way with 20 points. AUM has now had a player score 20 or more points in three straight games.
Junior guard
Carlos Bell recorded his second double-double of the season against the Golden Tigers, scoring 11 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. AUM is now 11-3 lifetime against Tuskegee.
AUM is led offensively by Bell, who is averaging 16.6 pointe per game. Three other Warhawks are averaging double figures in scoring, with
Darrion Taylor at 14.2 ppg, Hansbrough at 13.0 ppg and
Stanley Davis at 10.4 ppg. Taylor also leads the team in assists with 17.
Bell also leads the team in rebounds with an 8.6 rebound per game average. Junior center
Aaron Reddick is second on the team in boards with a 7.6 rpg while also leading the team in blocks with 11.
As a team the Warhawks are shooting .473 from the floor while holding opponents to a mark of .436. AUM is also hitting on 41.1 percent of its 3-pointers while opponents are shooting 34.9 percent.
This will be the 48th meeting between the two schools, with the Orange & Black holding a 26-21 edge over the Badgers. It will also be only the second meeting between the two schools at the NCAA Division II level, with AUM earning an 84-77 victory at SHC last season on Dec. 13. It will also be the first of two meetings between the Warhawks and the Badgers this season.
Sunday will also mark AUM's first home game of 2018-19, having played at the NCAA South Region Tournament, The 2018 Saint Leo Classic and at Tuskegee.
About the Badgers
SHC is 2-3 on the season with victories over Pensacola Christian College and the University of Mobile. The Badgers are coming off of 79-69 setback to Gulf South Conference foe West Florida this past Tuesday in the home opener for the Argonauts.
Two players are scoring in double digits for the Badgers, with Quinn Sutton leading the way at 10.4 ppg. Fellow Badgers Gresyn Rogers is right on his heels, averaging 10.2 ppg. Sutton is second on the team in rebounds with 21, trailing teammate Ryan Little who sits at 26. Jared Holland leads the team in assists with 16.
SHC is 0-3 against the GSC this season, having fallen to Union University, Shorter University and UWF already this season.

The Warhawks open GSC play on Thursday when they host league foe Lee University at the AUM Gymnasium. The game is part of a doubleheader with the two women's programs, and is set to begin at 6 p.m. with the men's teams beginning at 8 p.m.
