AUM (2-17, 1-10 GSC) heads into their matchup with Delta State coming off of a 73-44 loss at West Florida their last time out.
Jordan Brewster led the Warhawks with 10 points scored while
Aaliyah Milord grabbed a team-high nine rebounds in the setback.
Brewster's 15.7 points-per-game paces the AUM offense, while also ranking among the top-five performers in the GSC and serving as the highest-scoring average for all Gulf-South freshmen. The freshman guard also continues to unofficially lead the GSC in three-pointers made (77), threes per game (4.05) overall minutes played (711) and minutes per game (37.4)
Evelina Avleeva leads AUM in the rebounding department, with a 7.9 rebounds-per-game mark. A surging
Aaliyah Milord sits right off of Avleeva's pace at 7.6 boards-per-game, while leading the Warhawks with 8.5 rebounds-per-game in GSC play, and 9.4 rebounds-per-game clip in games played in 2019.
AUM continues to unofficially lead the conference in both total blocked shots (74) and blocked shots per game (3.9).
Victoria Morales's 23 blocked shots and 1.2 blocks per game both unofficially rank for second in the conference.
The Warhawks bring an all-time series record of 2-2 into their matchup with Delta State, including a pair of losses to the Lady Statesmen in their most recent matchups during the 2017-18 season.
