About the Warhawks
The Warhawks won both games of the 2019 GSC/SIAC Crossover Challenge. The Orange & Black took down both Tuskegee and Clark Atlanta last weekend and will look to build off their first 2-0 start since the 2017-18 season.

Jordan Brewster led the Warhawks in scoring over the weekend with an impressive display of 3-point shooting. The sophomore guard shot .480 from 3-point land to net 38 points over the first two games of the year.

Victoria Morales continued her impressive career with a dominating performance at the GSC/SIAC Crossover. In total, the Florida native tallied 30 points, eight assists and 19 rebounds en route to two Warhawks wins.

The Warhawks' game with Miles will be the final game of a three-game road trip to start the season. The Orange & Black will then host Southern Wesleyan to open the 2019 home schedule.

About the Golden Bears
Miles' first game this season will come against the Warhawks on Wednesday evening. The Golden Bears have already played an exhibition game against Alabama University at Birmingham but suffered a 92-69 defeat.

The Golden Bears amassed a 17-10 record in 2018-19, with a 9-8 record in SIAC action. Miles went 3-1 against Gulf South Conference opponents last season, beating Mississippi College and Shorter but falling to Delta State.

About the Warriors
Southern Wesleyan, like the Warhawks, has already played two games to start the year. The Warriors competed in the Conference Carolinas/Peach Belt Conference Challenge over the weekend and fell to both UNC Pembroke and Augusta.

Aneysa Williams currently leads the team in points-per-game at 11.5. The graduate transfer is averaging just under 30 minutes a game and is shooting 31.6% from the floor.
