HOW IT HAPPENED

- The Warhawks would add another run in the second inning, this time taking advantage of a wild pitch that plated Feaster and doubled their lead to 2-0.
- After seeing the Golden Tigers plate a run in the third inning, AUM would respond in the fourth inning with a three-spot to take a 5-1 lead. A Zielonko double to left that plated Smelley and Arrington, followed by an RBI knock from Blackwell two batters later that allowed Zielonko to come in, accounted for the scoring action in the fourth.
- After grabbing a run in the fifth via a Smelley RBI sacrifice fly, the Warhawks would break open the game with a five-spot in the sixth inning. AUM would score their first run of the inning courtesy of a Golden-Tiger throwing error, and would see their next two runs in the inning come via a Smelley single to right field that plated Henderson and Khoury. A Cobb infield hit, and Zielonko reaching base via another Tuskegee throwing error, would plate the Warhawk's final two runs of the inning to see AUM lead 11-1 through six.
- The Warhawks added a pair of runs in the seventh, courtesy of an RBI base hit to left center from Smelley and a Golden-Tiger balk that allowed Flowers to score. Dunn's RBI groundout to short in the eighth inning made for the final tally of the game for either teams.
