PENSACOLA Fla. - The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team flew past Florida Southern on the road 4-1 for their third consecutive win to start the season on Friday afternoon, blanking the Mocs at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex.

"This was a good win against a regional opponent," said head coach Yair Banuelos. "Overall we played better doubles than in the previous matches and that led us to play more confidently in singles. We know that it's just the beginning and we have to continue competing and improving in every match." 
 
UP NEXT
The men's tennis team's match against Augusta University on Sunday has been postponed, with no makeup date set. AUM's next match will be when they host Gulf South Conference foe West Florida on Friday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. on the campus of the Warhawks.
