LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team secured a tight 4-3 road win over Gulf South Conference foe Delta State on Wednesday afternoon to earn their sixth conference win.

• #29 AUM improves to 11-6 in 2019, with a 6-2 record in GSC play
• Delta State falls to 9-6 on the year, with a 3-5 record within the conference

• No. 1 Singles: #21 Alvaro Terron fell to Emile Le Terrier 5-7, 6-4, 2-6
• No. 2 Singles: #45 Eban Straker-Meads defeated Mason Vice 6-3, 6-2
• No. 3 Singles: Francisco Jimenez defeated Hugo Stroppiana 7-6, 7-5
• No. 4 Singles: Santiago Veglia defeated Trey Seymour 4-6, 7-6, 6-4
• No. 5 Singles: Jose Garcia defeated Timo Schmitz 7-6, 6-7, 6-3
• No. 6 Singles: Giovanni Bellio fell to Leo De Sousa 3-6, 5-7

 

• No. 1 Doubles: Terron and Garcia fell to Seymour and Le Terrier 5-7
• No. 2 Doubles: Straker-Meads and Veglia were tied with Schmitz and De Sousa 6-6
• No. 3 Doubles: Jimenez and Marcus Lind fell to Vice and Stroppiana 5-7
