HOW IT HAPPENED
-

-
Alanna Goble was able to keep the Falcons offense at bay for the first five innings of the game, while the AUM offense was kept quiet as well.
- With Harris in scoring position in the fifth, Aycock lifted a ball into medium deep left field and Harris was able to barely beat the throw home to give the Orange & Black a 3-0 lead.
- With two runners on, Montevallo called upon a pinch hitter who pounded a ball over the left field wall to tie the game with one swing of the bat.
- The Warhawks had a chance to score in the top of the sixth, having the bases loaded with two outs but the Falcons pitcher was able to strike out pinch hitter
Gracie Poe to end the AUM threat.
