MONTGOMERY, Ala. --- In cooperation with the Gulf South Conference, Auburn University at Montgomery athletics has suspended all athletic-related activities.
 
The Gulf South Conference issued the following statement earlier today:
"In response to the continued impact of COVID-19, the Gulf South Conference has suspended all athletic competition, countable athletic related activities, and off-campus recruiting for an indefinite period.This decision was made after thorough collaboration between the conference office, university presidents and chancellors, and the league's athletic directors. "
 
This decision goes into effect immediately and includes the baseball and softball team's upcoming home Gulf South Conference series against Alabama-Huntsville.
 
All ticket proceeds from the AUM baseball game on Sunday, March 15 that was scheduled to take place at Riverwalk Stadium will still benefit Make-A-Wish Alabama. However, if a refund is desired, contact the Montgomery Biscuits box office at 334-819-7483, or by email at jross@biscuitsbaseball.com
 
All refund requests must be received by Friday, March 20 at 5:00 p.m., or they will be donated to Make-A-Wish Alabama.
