MOBILE, Ala. --- The Auburn Montgomery men's tennis team cruised their way to a 7-0 victory over Spring Hill College on Sunday, March 8, picking up a win in every set in their shutout win over the Badgers.
QUOTING THE COACH
"For as busy as a week that we had, we competed well," Head Coach
Yair Banuelos said. "We're playing better in doubles, and did a much better job this week of creating chances. We've got to do a better job in high-pressure situations against the upper-echelon teams, however, or they're going to keep taking advantages of our missed opportunities. In singles, it seems like we are starting to find our rhythm. Both the men's and women's teams have now seen what it takes to compete against quality programs. Our best tennis is yet to come."
