LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The No. 25-ranked Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team returned to Gulf South Conference action and dropped a 7-0 road match to No. 10-ranked West Alabama on Thursday afternoon.
The Warhawks drop to 6-5 in 2021 with a 3-3 record in GSC action. West Alabama, meanwhile, improves to 9-2 on the year and remains unbeaten in conference play with a 5-0 record
AUM was only able to find one victory on Thursday afternoon. The pairing of
Maria Casas and
Sofia Navarro was able to defeat West Alabama's number one doubles pairing, winning 7-6 for the lone victory.
