MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Haley Coleman Hughes of the Auburn Montgomery women's cross country team has been named Warhawk of the Week for the week of Sept. 13-19. It was announced on Monday (Sept. 20). 
 
Coleman Hughes posted a 5K time of 20:35.31 at the Falcon Classic on Friday, Sept. 17, good enough to finish fourth among individuals and lead the Warhawks to a first-place finish at the meet. The Grant, Ala. native's time marked for a season-best and her third-best cross country 5K time in her collegiate career. 
 
Four other Warhawks cracked the top 10 to help AUM edge host school Montevallo for the program's first meet victory since becoming members of NCAA Division II. 
 
The women's cross country team will be back in action on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Live in Lou Challenge in Louisville, Ky. hosted by the University of Louisville.
