WORDS WITH WARHAWKS
"First and foremost, congrats to Embry-Riddle. They are a really good team," interim head women's basketball coach Steve Kenner said. "I thought we were well prepared for tonight's game. The first quarter we jumped out with an early lead by scoring and rebounding the ball. Basketball is a game of runs, and we could not get enough stops in the second quarter. They were getting easy transition buckets and that hurt us mentally. However, I still felt ok despite beind down three at halftime. This is a good learning experience for us and we get a chance to bounce back tommorow."
