HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Jemeriah Moore posted 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Auburn University at Montgomery women's basketball team as they fell 72-56 at Spragins Hall against The University of Alabama at Huntsville on Saturday afternoon in the Gulf South Conference opener.

HIGHLIGHTS
- UAH jumped to a 10-0 lead and Moore scored the first AUM points of the game at the 5:31 mark in the first quarter.
- Lilly Parke made a three-pointer with 33 seconds remaining to put AUM trailing UAH 19-13 at the end of the first quarter.
- The Warhawks continued to trim away at the Charger lead and Jordyn Maddix got a three-pointer to fall to cut the lead to 35-30 into halftime.
- Moore made a layup to open the second half that cut the lead to three before UAH ended the third quarter leading 53-39.
- UAH made a jumper with just over three minutes remaining in the game to take their largest lead of the night at 66-46.
NOTABLES
- Moore was 6-of-6 from the free-throw line and picked up 16 total points, 11 rebounds, and four assists.
- Allasha Dudley scored 11 points and was 2-of-4 from beyond the arc.
- Jamya Tyus scored 10 points and was 5-of-7 from the floor. She also tallied four rebounds and four assists.
- Keeley Tini had a season-high of seven rebounds and chipped in with four points.
- The Warhawks were 15-of-17 from the charity stripe.
- UAH's Andie Flatgard and Haley Nichols both tallied double doubles with points and assists.
