MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Due to heavy rain and thunderstorms in the area, the Auburn University at Montgomery men's soccer game against the No. 21 ranked University of Tampa Spartans was canceled due to unplayable field conditions. 

Lightning halted the game just over 18 minutes into the match, and ensuing storms washed out the contest. 

The Warhawks travel to Wingate, N.C. to take on Wingate University at 4 p.m. CT on Friday, Sept. 2 at the WU Soccer Complex for their next match.
