MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Auburn University at Montgomery men's basketball coach Michael Cheaney and the AUM athletics department have announced that the Warhawks are set to play an exhibition contest against NCAA Division I Auburn University on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at Neville Arena.

Auburn men's basketball Tigers Unlimited season ticket holders' pre-sale will take place on Tuesday, October 3rd. The remaining tickets will be available for the public at 9:00 a.m. CT on Wednesday, October 4th. For more information on Auburn University men's basketball tickets, click HERE.

The Warhawks collide with the Southeastern Conference power, led by head coach Bruce Pearl, that finished 21-13 last season and pushed to the second round of the NCAA tournament. 

AUM went 15-14 overall and 13-11 in Gulf South Conference play last season and also posted the highest conference tournament seed (No. 6 seed) in the program's NCAA Division II history. The Warhawks return three of the squad's top-five scorers from last season's team in Travis Anderson, Jalen Gaston, and Joseph Lanzi. 

Anderson ranked 15th in the GSC in scoring (14.1 points per game), seventh in three-point field goal percentage (39.3 percent), third in free throw percentage (85.1 percent), ninth in three-point field goals per game (2.4), fourth in assists per game (4.0), and sixth in minutes per game (35.1).

Lanzi also led the team in three-point field goal percentage (42.4 percent) and appeared among the league leaders in steals (tied for fifth - 1.6 per game), while Gaston was ranked in the Top 25 in the league in scoring and assists.

Students will have opportunities to win tickets to the contest at various AUM athletic events in the weeks leading up to the exhibition. Tickets will be given away to students at the following events:
