MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's soccer team took down Spring Hill College in a Gulf South Conference matchup at the AUM Soccer Complex Friday night by a final score of 2-1 to earn the team's second win in conference play.

HIGHLIGHTS
- The Warhawks struck first in the 37th minute when Aniiyah Peeples found the back of the net off an assist from Gaby Walker to give them a 1-0 lead heading into intermission.
- Walker scored in the 56th minute off an assist from Roser Badia to give AUM a 2-0 lead.
- The Badgers found a goal in the next minute to trim the Warhawk lead to just one goal, but it was not enough as AUM captured the 2-1 victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Karla Gaytan played the full 90 minutes in the back of the net for AUM and tallied six saves.
- Walker scored her first career goal in the match and posted her third career assist.
- Peeples scored her first goal since she tallied a goal at Shorter on September 24.
- AUM took 10 shots and six were on target.
