Men's Tennis Blanks Shorter University

ROME, Ga. – The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team opened Gulf South Conference play on the road at Shorter University on Thursday afternoon and picked up a 7-0 victory over the Hawks.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES  FIRST SERVE – SINGLES
  • At court one in singles, Bonaiuti defeated Radanovic 6-4, 7-5. 
  • Bedwan battled Kos at the second court and picked up a win 6-3, 7-5. 
  • Contreras played Liu at court three and won a battle 6-3, 7-6. 
  • Le Maout took on Hagan at the fourth court and earned the 6-3, 6-1 victory. 
  • Jacq moved to 3-0 in singles play this season with the shutout victory against Gunnell 6-0, 6-0. 
  • Renard handled Harper 6-0, 6-0 at the sixth court.

AUM will host Columbus State on Tuesday, February 28 at the AUM Tennis Complex in a nonconference match.
