PENSACOLA, Fla. – The 13th-ranked Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team dropped a nonconference match against second-ranked Nova Southeastern University 4-1 on Thursdays night at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES
- AUM's Estefania Garcia and Regina Urbiola took down the first ranked doubles team in the country in Nova's Natalie Espinal and Fatima Bizhukova 6-3.
- Melissa Yakup-Pour and Ane Ibarra defeated NSU's Diane Follin-Arbelet and Fatima Bizhukova 6-3 to give AUM the doubles point.
- Nahia Izco and Isabella Pinto were defeated at court three in doubles against Nova's Karolina Snita and Julie Razafindranaly 6-0.
FIRST SERVE – SINGLES
- Garcia was defeated at court one against the Sharks' Razafindranaly by a score of 6-1, 6-1.
- Izco played at court five against Follin-Arbelet and had a setback of 6-0, 6-4.
- Nova clinched the third point at court three when Urbiola lost against Snita 6-4, 6-3.
- The Sharks clinched the match after Espinal defeated Yakup-Pour 6-0, 6-0.
- The other two courts were left unfinished after Nova Southeastern clinched the match.

AUM will return to the courts on Saturday, March 4 against third-ranked Saint Leo University.
