INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis program is ranked as the sixth team in the NCAA South Region in the second batch of rankings provided by the NCAA.
The Orange & Black are 15-4 overall and 7-1 in Gulf South Conference matches. They have won four matches in a row and are 8-0 at the AUM Tennis Complex. The Warhawks are 4-3 against ranked opponents highlighted by a win over sixth-ranked University of North Georgia.
Ane Ibarra has provided the Warhawks with an 11-0 record in singles matches at the back three courts. She is 9-3 in doubles action and is 1-0 against nationally-ranked doubles teams.
Estefania Garcia has played at the first court all season and is 11-6 overall and 7-3 in her last 10 matches.
Ana Villalvazo is 13-2 on the third and fourth courts this season.
