MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team was defeated by the No. 1 seed Valdosta State University on Saturday afternoon at Lagoon Park in the Gulf South Conference Championship match by a final score of 4-0.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES 

• Muhamad Bedwan and Adrian Contreras dropped court two against Lamar Bartley and Christian Felline 6-1.
• Titouan Le Maout and Thibault Jacq picked up a win on the third court against Christian Wedel and Pedro Cordeiro 6-3. 
• Valdosta State clinched the doubles point on court one as Joao Guariente and Giuseppe Bonaiuti were defeated against Luca Mack and Rodrigo Carvalho 6-4. 

FIRST SERVE – SINGLES

• Bedwan was defeated against Varvalho 6-3, 6-3 at the second court to push the Blazers in front 2-0. 
• VSU took a 3-0 lead at the fourth court as Contreras fell against Wedel 6-1, 6-4.
• Mack took down Guariente on the first court 6-1, 6-3 on the first court to clincht the match for VSU.
